The Application is designed to support academic and educational activities , specifically to help users create online meeting links (Google Meet) for learning purposes.
When you sign in with Google, the Application may request access to the following information:
Google Account email address
Used to identify the authenticated user.
Google Calendar access (calendar.events)
Used only to create a calendar event with an attached Google Meet link upon the user's explicit request.
The Application does not read, modify, or delete existing calendar events unrelated to the meeting creation process.
The information accessed is used strictly for the following purposes:
To authenticate users via Google Sign-In.
To create a Google Calendar event that automatically generates a Google Meet link for academic meetings.
To associate the created meeting with the relevant academic class or activity.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.
The Application may store the generated Google Meet link and related metadata (such as class identifiers) for operational purposes.
We do not store Google Calendar content beyond what is necessary to manage the meeting link.
Access tokens and refresh tokens, if stored, are protected and used only to maintain authorized access.
We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.
User data is shared only with Google services as required to perform the requested functionality (Google Calendar and Google Meet).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Users can revoke the Application's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
